Martha Stanley has lived in Texas for many years and is glad to be back since 2021. She comes from a background in nursing as a case manager. She earned a master’s degree from the University of New Mexico and her career extended over 20 years. The skills she used daily transferred into her second career as a real estate investor-skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, research, legal document preparation, data analysis, and meeting time constraints. She is also fluent in Spanish. Serving others with her abilities is Martha’s passion. She is a member of a nationwide group of real estate investors and is enthusiastic about teaching wealth management and financial literacy to high school students and young entrepreneurs.                                                              

 She and her husband Allen Stanley live in Killeen, TX, and have one teenage daughter Esperanza.
